[platform-ant-dev] Nomination for Platform Ant Lead

I am currently the lead for Platform Ant.

I have not been playing this role of late and it is time for the torch to
be passed.
I'd like to nominate Michael Rennie as the new Platform Ant lead.

Michael has been doing the work for Platform Ant for several years and I
will be happy to support him in this new role.
